Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reservations, modifications and handling passenger complaints
- Informing passengers in case of cancellation/ delayed flights
- Issuance of staff tickets
- Assistance to airport and city ticketing office
- Comment cards processing
- Handling credit card payments and refunds
Skills Required:
- Previous experience of call center preferred
- Communication skills
- Confident
- Able to learn new system software
- Flexible with working hours
- Multitasking
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree OR Minimum 16 years of formal education
Senior Executive Finance
Preparing & maintaining monthly accruals, revenue and receivables Maintaining fixed assets registers, including additions, disposals & monthly depreciation and amortization. Monthly financial statements & bank reconciliations Coordination with External Audit.
Requirements:
- Experience in external audit
- Working knowledge of IFRS/ISAS
- Knowledge of IT based accounting systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Qualification:
- ACCA CA Finalist – Articleship preferably completed from Big 4
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in an airline
