Eligibility Criteria for PAKISTAN SPORTS BOARD (PSB) INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
| The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) is currently seeking interns in the following categories: 1. Information Technology (IT):Collaborate in the development and implementation of IT and digital transformation initiatives. Contribute to enhancing PSB’s digital infrastructure and operational efficiency. Create engaging content and multimedia materials to promote PSB’s initiatives and events. Manage social media platforms and provide digital marketing support. 2. Management and Coordination:Assist in administrative duties, including coordination between sports federations, athletes, and event organizers. Support planning, organizing, and executing national and international sports events. Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in audit preparation, financial documentation, and compliance with PSB’s standards. Scrutinize financial data to ensure accuracy and transparency. 3. Law and Public Policy:Provide legal support, including reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in public policy research and drafting policy documents for sports governance. 4. Sports Management:Support in sports administration and the management of sports federations. Assist in health management and rehabilitation efforts within PSB’s athlete support programs, contributing to recovery and performance enhancement strategies. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as IT, Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, Law, Media Studies, Health and Physical Education/Sports Sciences, Medical Sciences, Computer Sciences, Graphic Designing, Mass Communication, Social Sciences or related field. Age Limit: Candidates must be under 30 years of age at the time of application. Selection Criteria: Selection will be based on academic qualifications, followed by an interview. Educational Qualification (90% weightage) Interview (10% weightage) Stipend/Remuneration:Interns will be provided with a monthly stipend based on their qualifications and experience, up to a maximum of PKR 100,000 per month. Duration: The internship will be strictly temporary for 6 months, extendable by another 6 months, only once. |
